Full Installation Package

Full installation package includes software installation and activation, on-site hardware set-up, printers and other add-ons set-up. This package also covers staff training on POS usage essentials and up to 60 items menu set-up. Two hour on-site installation and training will be executed by our highly trained technician. Installation hours are between 8 am and 5 pm, within Greater Sydney area.

Small Menu Set-up

Send us your menu in one of supported file formats and we will upload it to POS system. Menu can consists of up to 50 items. Supported file formats are pdf, doc, xls and txt.

Medium Menu Set-up

Send us your menu in one of supported file formats and we will upload it to POS system. Menu can consists of up to 100 items. Supported file formats are pdf, doc, xls and txt.

Large Menu Set-up

Send us your menu in one of supported file formats and we will upload it to POS system. Menu can consists of up to 200 items. Supported file formats are pdf, doc, xls and txt.

Staff Training

Two hour on-site staff training will be executed by our highly trained technician. Staff training hours are between 8 am and 5 pm, within Greater Sydney area.

Out-of-warranty Call-out

Call-out fee for repairs of hardware and software, that are not covered under warranty, is $200 including first 90 minutes of service, cost of any other commenced hour is $100. Call-out service is available only in Greater Sydney area.

Hardware warranty repairs

Free Call-out for repairs of hardware under warranty for customers inside Greater Sydney area.
Customers outside of Greater Sydney area can send hardware to our Sydney office for repairs. Return shipping cost is free of charge for repairs of hardware under warranty.
